The Fairport Office of Community + Economic Development (OCED) commits its resources and energies to creating a local economy that is healthy and vibrant.

A non-profit organization working behind the scenes for over 25 years, OCED includes the Industrial Development Agency (IDA), the Urban Renewal Agency (URA) and Section 8 Housing. Each of these programs offers resources for projects that strengthen our local economy and make Fairport an even better place to live, work and invest.
