The Fairport URA Board of Directors approved grants for the following repairs and renovations:

12 new windows, handicapped accessible shower system (100% matching funds), roof (50% match)

The Fairport URA Board of Directors approved grants for the following repairs and renovations:

Roof (50% match), basement pipes, sump pump, drainage, new windows (100% match)

Commercial loan for roof and siding repairs
The Fairport URA Board of Directors approved a $70,000 commercial loan for the Fairport Masonic Lodge in its April 2010 Board meeting.  

URA lends over $400,000
Currently, the Fairport URA has 14 active loan projects on record, with a combined value of over $400,000. The total project costs amount to about $4 million.
