BOARD OF DIRECTORS Fairport IDA
The Fairport IDA's Board of Directors consists of committed Fairport residents with a variety of different professional backgrounds:
James Unckless, Chairman, is retired from Eastman Kodak Co., where he worked for 35 years as an engineer in information systems. He has been on the IDA board for 25 years.
H. Kevin Clark, Vice Chair, is the deputy mayor of the Village of Fairport and a project manager for Campus Construction Management. He has served on the IDA board for 10 years, and was chairman of the 2007 Comprehensive Plan Committee and the Fairport Village Partnership.
Donna Yawman is a Fairport resident and lifelong community volunteer, and she is a founding board member since 1976.
Kenneth Rohr, Secretary/Treasurer, has retired from his position as finance director for the Town of Brighton, which he held for 15 years. He is a board member and treasurer of the ARC of Monroe County and a board member of the National Kidney Foundation. Mr. Rohr has been on the IDA board for three years and is chairman of the Audit Committee.
Andrée Mastrosimone is president of Calm & Sense Communications and has been on the IDA board for five years. She is currently chairwoman of the Governance Committee.
Kal Wysokowski, Executive Director, has served the Village of Fairport for 10 years - first as the executive director of the Fairport Village Partnership for four years and now as the executive director of the Office of Community + Economic Development for six years. Before that, Ms. Wysokowski was vice president of business marketing and development with Tompkins County Area Development in Ithaca.
